Experience (Principal & Project Manager - C. France BIO)

Courtney France, Principal and owner of France Sustainable Solutions, provides a full range of sustainable building and LEED Project Management consulting services. Courtney has been operating as an independent consultant with France Sustainable Solutions for nearly five years, after serving as the former LEED Coordination Services Team Leader for Architectural Energy Corporation in Boulder, CO and Project Engineer for DPR Construction in Denver, CO.

She has worked on over 250+ LEED-related projects around the world applying the USGBC’s green building rating system. Now part of her own sustainable consulting firm, Courtney consults nationally with owners, developers, contractors, and design firms. Courtney has conducted LEED Accreditation Training for over 2,500+ individuals, representing all building industry sectors.

In addition, Ms. France is a contributing author to numerous green building publications, including the State of Colorado, California, and New Mexico regional LEED user-guides, and multiple green building technical journals. Courtney has also shared her LEED application experiences through a variety of venues, including guest speaker and panelist for ASHRAE, AIA-DBIA, AIA COTE, DOE, CSI, NAIOP, and multiple trade association conferences.
